7. Hosting and retention

Data is hosted on servers located in Canada. It is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then destroyed in accordance with our legal and professional obligations.

8. Your rights (Law 25)

You have the rights of access, correction, withdrawal of consent and portability of your information. To exercise them, write to the privacy officer. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
